General Information

Thank you for your interest in our upcoming markets. This information gives you a brief outline on the costs for holding a stall on the day and other information on how the day will run.


NEW/HANDMADE PRODUCT STALLHOLDERS – This includes photographers, sporting clubs, educational services etc.

We have 2 different stall sizes available

$70 for a 2.5m x 2m area. This will fit a regular 1.8m trestle table and a clothes rack.

$90 for a 3.5m x 2m area.

A 2.5m x 2m corner spot is $90

A 3.5m x 2m corner spot is $110

You can choose how to style, decorate and fill your area but please be aware that we need to stay in these measurements to be able to keep everyone happy.



We only have 1 size stall available for pre-loved goods.

$35 for a 2.5 metre area. This will fit a regular 1.8m trestle table and a clothes rack.


New and pre loved stall hire includes

  • Public liability
  • Nominated stall area
  • Advertising – We will be doing lots of advertising for the day which will include flyers, posters, large banners and magazine advertisements
  • Free entry for you and a helper
  • Pre loved stalls can have up to 5 large items for sale, these items will be kept in a designated area

Trestle tables are available for hire if you do not have your own. Prices for these are $13 for a 1.8m or $17 for a 2.4m. This price includes the trestle table being dropped off/picked up at the venue and put up on the day for you.


Obviously the more word we get out to the public the busier our day will be which means more sales for you. We would love if you could help by advertising us on your social media and websites. Also if you would like we can send you some flyers that can be put at your local school, childcare, sporting club etc.



On the day we will have a $2 entry fee for everyone over 15 years. Half of this will be going to a local charity.

We will run lucky door prizes on the day. If you would like to donate something for this please let us know. We can then advertise on our FB and Instagram your business details and your generous donation.

At Rockingham a snack shop will be running on the day with eftpos available.

There is no ATM on site but there is one about 400 metres away at the local
service station.

When you book a stall can you please inform us if you are selling a new product
or wanting a pre loved stall area. We only have so many stall spaces available
for each category so first in best dressed.

The Market will be open from 10am to 2pm. You are able to come and set up
from 9am and stalls need to be packed up by 3pm.
We realise that it gets quiet towards the end but please note that no pack away can occur before 2pm. The venues insurance does not cover this and it is not fair on the other stall holders or the customers. We appreciate your understanding with this.
The market will be running every 3 -4 months and we are also looking at some
other venues North and South of Perth
We are a family friendly market and look forward to supporting small
businesses, WAHPs and local community groups.
